This Privacy Policy describes how heyhanni.com (the “Site” or “we”) collects, uses, and discloses your Personal Information when you visit or make a purchase from the Site. Your use of our Site and any dispute over privacy, is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Service, including its applicable limitations on damages and the resolution of disputes.

We may also collect additional information if you contact us for customer support. Order information

  • Examples of Personal Information collected: name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers [Paypal, Apple Pay, Shop Pay, Google Pay]), email address, and phone number.
  • Purpose of collection: to provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices and/or order confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
  • Source of collection: collected from you.
  • Disclosure for a business purpose: shared with our processor Shopify, as well as delivery and fulfillment providers.

Minors

The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 16. We do not intentionally collect Personal Information from children. If you are the parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us at the address below to request deletion.


Sharing Personal Information

We may share your information, including personal information, as follows:

Data sharing with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other social advertising platforms.

hanni, inc uses any of or all of the matching protocols and audience selection criteria listed below, all of which have discreet implications to the privacy of user or visitor data. Each protocol has different levels of user access and consent requirements. 

Facebook Custom Audiences: this allows us to create audiences from our existing customers and target them with specific ads on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger or other third party platforms. 

Twitter Tailored Audiences: this allows us to create audiences from our existing customers and target them with specific ads on Twitter

TikTik matching pixel

  • ​Standard uses TikTok Pixel with Advanced Matching off, a tracking technology that collects and shares customers’ browsing behavior on your online store. Browser-based ad blockers can prevent the pixel from collecting data.

  • ​Enhanced uses the TikTok Pixel with Advanced Matching on, which shares personal information about your customers, including email and phone number. This pixel also shares customer browsing behavior on your online store. Browser-based ad blockers can prevent the pixel from collecting data.

  • ​Maximum combines all data-sharing options to reach the highest number of customers. It uses custom APIs to share data from our partner's servers to TikTok in addition to using pixel to share customer browsing behavior on your online store. This option makes data blocking less likely. Currently, the Maximum level of data sharing is only available for Shopify merchants, the ecommerce platform currently powering heyhanni.com
